ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Must be able to read daily schedule and prepared Bills of Material and pull warehoused parts and inventory to be place on buggies on a per style basis. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must learn to read daily production schedule. Identify and select proper packing material for respective styles to be packed. Cut packing material and set up in accordance to daily production schedule. Retrieve required trays and other packing material from storage area. Replenish packing materials as needed for daily production schedule. With assistance from team partner, lift finished good and place in packing tray. Insert end caps and other required packing material to protect from damage in storage and shipping. Select and place proper padded bag over finished good. Select and place proper outside plastic bag over finished good. Position finished good in order to secure bag by stapling to bottom of packing tray. For KD goods, after placing packing material over finished good, place in box and close by using crimp staple gun. Stage packed finished goods for roller to carry to warehouse. Must be able to maintain a level of performance to pack for two production lines. Must ensure that products are packed at a rate of time that prevents finished goods from backing up on inspection station, hindering / slowing production. Maintain clean and organized work area. Assist others when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Basic reading and writing skills required. Ability to read, understand and communicate the English language. SAFETY
