What You'll Be Doing:
As a Material Handler, your main job will be handling daily picking tasks in a warehouse. You'll need to be precise and efficient, using handheld devices to make sure you're picking the right items in the right quantities from the right spots. If any issues pop up, you'll be the one to escalate and help solve them.
Your Day-to-Day:
Accurately and efficiently pick items every day.Use handheld devices to ensure the correct items, quantities, and locations.Spot and escalate any issues that might stop the picking process.Identify and try to resolve any inventory issues related to picks.Work in a warehouse setting, which might mean dealing with warmer or colder conditions typical of a warehouse or receiving dock.What We're Looking For:You should have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, especially in a warehouse picking role.Strong skills with computer tools like Microsoft Excel, Smart Sheets, and Teams.Experience with ERP systems is a must.It's a plus if you've worked with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Why Join?Increase pay : Enjoy a pay increase when you become a permanent member of the team.Full Benefits : We've got you covered with comprehensive benefits from day one.Quarterly Bonuses : Earn extra cash every few months for your hard work.$150 Boot Vouchers : Get $150 each year to keep your steel-toe boots fresh.Fun Events : We love to celebrate!
