Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:Manage and supervise accounting staff.Management of cash, payroll, A/R and A/P processing.Management of reconciliations and maintenance of balance sheet and income statement accounts.Manage, review and approve general ledger coding.Review and analyze revenue allocations and expense trend analysis.Work with CFO to develop and implement finance department policies and procedures.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.Maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.Oversee internal controls to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Starting Salary Range $90K - $110K
