Senior Accountant- Financial Reporting

Ledgent is currently partnering with a large, nationally recognized firm located in South Denver on a search for a Senior Accountant- Financial Reporting. This is a direct-hire position with excellent opportunity for growth with an industry leader!Senior Accountant duties include:Assists in preparing quarterly and annual consolidated financial statementsPrepares corporate operational and financial reporting for management and external usersGathers information for reporting requirements, including internal and external auditsWorks closely with operating districtsPerforms ad-hoc accounting for finance projectsMaintains process documentation for the accounting and finance departmentPrepares audit materialsThe ideal Senior Accountant will possess:Bachelor's degree in accountingExperience in an audit role in public accounting2+ years of cummulative experienceCPA is a plus, but is not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills
