We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our In House Therapy Team The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients recover from worsening conditions and improving patient's overall physical health. Responsibilities - Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans - Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain - Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports within Therapy EMR.
