Analyst

Responsibilities:Produce and maintain disposition waterfalls for properties or portfolios with the ability to run multiple exit or refinancing scenarios for C-Suite and Asset Management.Update data in financial management workbooks on a monthly basis to provide advisory and in-depth analysis to Asset Management regarding any abnormalities from prior months as well as discrepancies from pro forma numbers and budgets.Build new financial management workbooks as new assets are acquired or constructed.Assist Asset Management team with investor reporting.Perform ad hoc modeling tasks for various RREAF departments. Examples include underwriting, asset valuation, projecting lease turnover trends, creating financial workbooks and trackers for other departments, etc.Key Attributes/Experience

Relevant work experience in finance and/or real estate is preferredBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commercial real estate requiredThorough knowledge of real estate finance fundamentals including IRR, EM, return waterfalls, etc.Financial modeling skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with applications such as RealPage, CoStar, etc. is a plusAttention to detail and a strong desire to produce high quality work productAbility to manage multiple tasks at one time, and still provide accurate computations and neat work productStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective oral and written communication skills
