A large financial services client is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer specializing in Microsoft Teams. This role will require you to be onsite in New York 3-5X a week. The Voice Engineering Team manages a wide array of products which are used by every employee in the firm. We are looking for an experienced professional within engineering to assure delivery of voice related technologies within the global and regional scopes. In this role you will be responsible for provisioning, troubleshooting end point issues, and configuration of Microsoft Teams. Other responsibilities include:- Managing business, technology or risk-driven programs and projects across voice products to ensure they meet the firms requirements.- Design deployment models standards, upgrade procedures and monitoring procedures for voice platforms- Products knowledge including Carrier products, IP-PBX, Cloud-PBX (i. e. MS Teams Phone, Webex Calling) , Voicemail, SBC
