Provides a high-level of administrative and secretarial support to Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and AnMed Board of Trustees. Performs duties to ensure efficient operation of the office and create an atmosphere of professionalism. Provides administrative support to the Executive Team as needed. Maintains confidentiality for all matters pertaining to executive offices, the Board of Trustees, and other information as directed.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Associate's Degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an executive secretary/administrative assistant.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Vice Presidents, Board Members, Visitors, Department Directors, Medical Staff, other CEOs, and corporate executives daily.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless executive operations.
