Secret Job Description: Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Principal Systems Engineer to engage in C3BM systems engineering efforts. This position will be located in Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration. Participate in C2BMC software engineering reviews and analyses for development of C2BMC Spiral products. Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds. Provide evolving C3BM architecture analysis and expertise in the area of OPIR capability. Support M&S development involving C2BMC, sensors, and space assets. Provide expertise in threat modeling. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience. Experience with MDA/DoD systems engineering. Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes. Experience with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts. Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment. Security Clearance Requirements: Must have an active Secret Security Clearance. Other Requirements: Must be a US citizen and able to hold an active Security Clearance at the Secret Level.
