Description
The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible to register and communicate rate lock information and pricing of all loans, sell and deliver loans that are being sold to investors, provide the investor with all required reporting, and ensure that management obtains timely reports addressing loans originated, sold and serviced.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Issue daily pricing Confirm and accept locks from all channels (retail, wholesale, Consumer Direct) Monitor and perform changes to locked loans and rate adjustments Understand and communicate investor policies and requirements Register loans with State Bond Agencies Manage pipeline rate lock policy to ensure profitability in all market conditions. Other duties as assigned Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Experience in secondary marketing and knowledge of the mortgage business preferred or equivalent Finance related internship experiencea plusand/or a passion for Finance/Capital Markets SKILLS REQUIRED
Use of financial/ qualitative data Analyze issues and implement solutions Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task Strong communication skills MS Office suite - strong excel skills a plus Optimal Blue & Encompass experience a plus
