Overview
Evening and weekends shifts from 4pm-9pm to overnights. Candidates must have either a valid PCA/HHA/CNA certification, current CPR, PPD test, and able to work with pets.
CNA/PCA/HHA Job Duties:
Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Provide transportation as required
Assist in providing a safe environment for client
Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

NA/PCA/HHA Job Requirements:
CNA License or Completion of a HHA or PCA Program
Minimum of 1 year documented personal care experience
Certified in CPR
Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
Valid driver’s license
Reliable car / auto insurance
Clean background and criminal record
Pass Drug Test screening
