Job Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and via phone.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
- Wrap custom meat orders and wild game.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Accept and process payments.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Proven customer support experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work in a team environment and complete all required job duties with a good attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Type: 30-40 hours/week. Must be able to work Monday-Saturday, Sundays off, and one weekday off; Fridays and Saturdays will always be required.
