for full- and part-time
daytime center-based positions
at our
Hunt Valley location .
We are seeking candidates who have
prior experience in the ABA field
or similar experience and are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. If you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented setting and are committed to ongoing professional growth, we’d love to meet you.
What You'll Do as a Center-Based RBT: Work 1:1 (and occasionally in small groups) with clients in a structured, center-based setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect data accurately and consistently throughout sessions Document session notes in accordance with company and insurance guidelines Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive care Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment for learning and growth
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the ABA field (center-based experience is a plus) or similar Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire) High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Dependability, professionalism, and a desire to make a difference What We Offer: Consistent daytime hours at our Hunt Valley center (depending on staffing needs, schedules may be full-day or half-day shifts between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) 401(K) retirement plan Paid sick/safe leave Ongoing training and career development Financial wellness support, including planning and counseling resources Competitive hourly rates, based on experience and certification
