This individual will serve as the vital link between our information technology team and the business; gathering and documenting requirements, establishing feature success criteria, and developing full domain knowledge of the program. Responsibilities: Lead business/technical discussions regarding system features. Document key elements of the system requirements, interfaces, and reporting. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical specifications. Develop feature/release specification documents that clearly identify the issue, goal, and acceptance criteria. Develop and deliver ad hoc and standard reports as needed. Establish domain expertise on our Gateway system specification and certification to third-party vendors, including support, review, and approval of certifications. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Perform user acceptance testing. Assist QA in developing test cases and ensuring requirement alignment. Assist with managing competing resources and priorities. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, with a track record of creating and implementing effective functional specifications. Team player willing and able to do what it takes to make the program a success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-starter/self-motivating in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL. Seniority level
