Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

for a contract position based in

Sunnyvale, CA . This is an

onsite

opportunity, and the client prefers candidates who are

local to the Bay Area . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development and a solid background working with integration and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support technical solutions for

Oracle HCM Cloud , including

integrations, reports , and

fast formulas Work extensively with tools such as

OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL

to meet business and functional requirements Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions Support system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of technical configurations Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and project timelines Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in

Oracle HCM Cloud technical development Hands-on expertise with

OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/SDL Strong

problem-solving

and

analytical

capabilities Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Preferred Skills: Experience with

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
