We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care and 401K plans Responsibilities: Work with Sales and Management to help execute account opportunity plan strategy and key account activities as assigned Manage the needs of the client by being responsive to customer needs and requests Work with design and project managers, as needed, to specify and manage projects Quote preparation and proposal generation, project management, punch resolution, warranty and demo requests Utilize APG resources to provide excellent customer service, creative product solutions and proactive suggestions that positively impact our clients Pro-active contact with client to review potential opportunities for growth Qualifications: Positive attitude and superior teamwork skills Strong commitment to enhancing our customer’s experience PC skills utilizing MS Office products and other proprietary software Excellent client communication skills Ability to manage and engage customers in the selling process Confident in reaching out to new customers Ability to cultivate new and existing customer relationships Knowledge and understanding of the Office Furniture industry Product knowledge and application Proven track record of growing sales within an account Preferred backgrounds include: Account Management in office furniture or related field Interior Design with Selling or Account Management experience APG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
