Schedule: (FT) 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $15.48 hourly

Job Title: Family Services Assistant

Schedule: (FT) 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $15.48 hourly
Job Duties:
- Engage clients in the community in a variety of settings to include family homes, schools, and hospitals.
- Document client contacts and interaction in a variety of digital case management applications.
- Consult with supervisory team members, and city attorneys regarding the safety, wellbeing, and permanency of children.
- Assess child safety and risk utilizing a variety of structured decision-making tools, interviews, and observations.
- Family time/visitation supervision, observation, coaching, and support.
- Well child direct face-to-face contact.
- Home safety/environment checks.
- Transportation to and from medical appointments, court appearances, scheduled appointments, visits, etc. for child welfare clients.
- School transport
- Supervision of minor children during case planning meetings, court appearances, therapy appointments
- Shopping for foster children in non-foster home settings
- Completing food basket deliveries
- DMV Transcript
- Fingerprinting and CPS Screening
