What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize product usage
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or inside sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
