Overview
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for leading the HR Service Delivery track of our HCM implementation with a focus on UKG Talk.
This role will partner with a team of HR, IT, and Business leaders to transform and implement a cloud-based HCM system, including responsibility for designing and delivering new functionality, solutions, and supporting processes. The role will ensure compliance and business objectives are met, effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, and execute change management plans while delivering a world-class digital and positive employee experience.
Key Functions:
- Lead the technical aspects of the HR Service Delivery track focusing on UKG Talk.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of communication workflows within the new platform.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth data migration, systems integration, and ongoing support.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and organizational policies during the transition process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR communication and service delivery.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
- Conduct training for HR and IT teams on the new system and communication functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR service delivery processes with overall business needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project progress, risks, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
- Experienced with Service Delivery Platforms (preferably UKG, Service Now, or other similar platforms).
- Experienced with IT Automation tools and concepts.
- Fundamental knowledge of how various technologies are integrated utilizing APIs.
- Proficient in systems integration, data mapping, and cloud-based communication solutions.
- Experience with automation tools for HR processes and communication workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Proficient in performing highly complex analysis.
- Proficient in training and guiding others in specific technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Skilled in communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Effective in creating and delivering presentations to staff and customers.
- Excellent collaboration skills in working across IT teams and business segments.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to operate and effectively communicate while under pressure; as well as the ability to manage a diverse workload and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with UKG Case Manager, UKG Document Manager, or UKG Talk.
- Experience working on medium-to-large-sized projects.
- Experience with electronic forms development in Service Delivery Platforms.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Hourly contract rate range of $50.00 to $60.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
