We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager with deep expertise in internal controls, enterprise risk management (ERM), and global delivery operations. This role combines strategic advisory with operational leadership to deliver value-driven solutions across diverse industries. Ideally straight out of a public accounting or audit assurance firm. Key Responsibilities Internal Controls:
Design and implement control frameworks, conduct gap analyses, and optimize client control environments. ERM:
Lead ERM programs, advise on emerging risks, and integrate risk insights into business strategy. Global Delivery:
Oversee global teams executing control testing and risk assessments; drive efficiency and consistency across delivery centers. Client Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor for governance and compliance; support clients through audits and regulatory challenges. Business Development:
Identify new opportunities, lead proposal development, and support service expansion. Leadership:
Mentor global teams, align resources with client objectives, and foster knowledge sharing. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8-10+ years in consulting with focus on internal controls, ERM, and global operations CPA required Public Accounting or Audit Assurance Firm Seniority level
