Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
Seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
This role leads sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
Source candidates using various platforms and events
Conduct interviews, background checks, and deliver job offers
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations
Support onboarding and process improvements
Mentor junior recruiting team members
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of recruiting experience, including ATS use
Strong communication, organization, and compliance knowledge
Valid driver's license
