Salary: $20-25/ HR + Bonus
Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8 AM - 5 PM), Friday (8 AM - 4 PM)

Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in Fort Worth, TX. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning, investment management and business planning to high net worth clients and business owners.
Job Responsibilities
Accounting & Administrative Duties:
- Manage and maintain client financial records, compliance files, and CRM databases
- Assist in processing financial transactions, reconciliations, and account updates
- Coordinate with custodians and financial institutions to facilitate account actions
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and administrative records
- Assist with insurance quotes and policy applications
- Monitor and track weekly results, preparing reports for management
- Update internal processes and procedures regularly
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as needed
Job Duties:
- Utilize financial planning software to input client data, analyze scenarios, and create financial reports
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and investment recommendations for clients
- Assist in investment research and analysis using proprietary method
- Prepare reports, proposals, and financial illustrations for client meetings
- Take detailed notes during new client meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Work closely with financial advisors to support client service needs
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial administration, or financial paraplanner role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field preferred but not necessary. Experience counts!
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Client Service: Commitment to providing exceptional client support and follow-through.
- Process-Oriented: Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- References: A minimum of three professional references required.

- Industry specific software (Morningstar, eMoney, Nitrogen, and Pershing 360)
