PROGRAM MANAGER

Calloway & Associates, Inc., located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Program Manager to add to our talent team. This individual will focus on providing our client with logistics and technical support in the area of NAVAIR and NAVSEA systems.
Position Requirements
Candidates for the position as Program Manager should have at a minimum the following:

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges $80K - $100K depending on background and experience.Calloway offers a benefit package that includes option for medical, dental and vision coverage. There is a 401K plan, PTO and sick leave, paid holidays and a supplemental voluntary benefit plan.

Calloway & Associates, Inc., located in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Program Manager to add to our talent team. This individual will focus on providing our client with logistics and technical support in the area of NAVAIR and NAVSEA systems.
Position Requirements
Candidates for the position as Program Manager should have at a minimum the following:
- Seven (7) years or more of program management related experience, with desired and demonstratable experience in managing major a NAVSEA or NAVAIR programs (or DoD equivalent programs);
- Seven (7) years or more of experience maintaining program schedules;
- Preparing and updating plans (e.g. Risk Management Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Process Improvement Plans);
- Reviewing program documents;
- Attending program reviews under a NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or DoD equivalent environments.
