You are passionate about technology, creatively and commercially driven and are fully committed to a beautiful customer experience. You lead customer adoption project teams to drive adoption of Diligent’s GRC solutions, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and leverage your deep domain and practical GRC skills, knowledge and experience to help your customers realize their risk and compliance program vision, goals, and objectives.
- Advise clients on the best approach based on this experience and engage in successful expectations management.
- Manage projects to ensure project risks are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated.
- Mobilize proper team resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, delays and overruns are minimized, and project efficiencies and budgets are managed and proactively communicated.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of services during the entire implementation lifecycle with a focus on:
- Capturing high quality business requirements.
- Creating design & walk-through documents and solution workflow diagrams.
- Designing/Architecting product implementation.
- Enabling customers to adopt and use our platform.
- Maintaining balance between customer expectations and project team satisfaction.
- Partner with Product Managers acting as a conduit between customer expectations and product development, identifying trends and recommending system improvements and new features.
- Partner with Sales and/or Solution Consultants in pre-sales activities such as solutions development; product demonstrations; RFP responses; implementation scope, effort & price estimates; and contracting (Statements of Work etc.)
- Collaborate with Client Partners in identifying barriers to adoption of Diligent’s products and in developing strategies and approaches to remove these barriers and increase adoption.
- Identify expansion opportunities by exposing existing customers to the breadth of Diligent solutions that can help enhance their eGRC journey.
- Develop and execute on a suitable training plan that helps you grow as a professional and remain relevant to Diligent’s customer base.
- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems.
- Provide coaching and mentoring of Senior Specialists and Specialist team members on project management customer enablement and domain.
Required Experience/Skills
- 7 plus years' experience as practitioner with domain knowledge in one or more of these areas: Audit, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, and/or Risk Management (Enterprise, IT, Regulatory and/or Third Party).
- 2-4 years’ experience running Risk or Compliance Programs.
- 2-4 managing implementations of large-scale technology products across industries.
- Experience in client management and business development within those clients.
- Effective skills in persuasion and influence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire.
- Drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic company and growing team.
- Track record of successful project delivery management in an enterprise or to enterprise customers with a dynamic and complex technical / regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills including great public speaking skills and workshop facilitation.
- Exceptional knowledge of business processes and the ability to solve business problems using a combination of technology and process changes.
Preferred Experience/Skills
- Ability to lead or follow as the situation mandates.
- CPA/CA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CMA, RICS APC, PMP or other relevant certification desired.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
