Role Purpose
We are looking for an affiliate marketing manager to lead the growth of Bebop, our AI sales assistant, through a performance-based affiliate program.
You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our affiliate channel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building programs from the ground up and driving measurable revenue growth without relying on paid media budgets.
This is a hands-on role where youll develop partnerships, create enablement assets, and scale a key acquisition channel.
The Team
You’ll join a fast-paced marketing team focused on driving growth across Bebop and Pearl Diver.
You will collaborate closely with a team of content, growth, and product marketers, the VP of Sales, Product and operations teams.
Youll report directly to the head of marketing and work cross-functionally to align affiliate efforts with broader go-to-market strategies.
What Youll Achieve
Build and launch Bebop’s affiliate program
Define structure, commission models, and onboarding processes
Source, recruit, and activate affiliate partners
Develop partner enablement resources
Create toolkits, templates, and guides to support affiliate success
Maintain strong relationships through regular communication and training
Optimize performance and growth
Monitor affiliate activity, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights
Test and improve conversion paths and campaign strategies
Scale top-performing affiliates and identify new opportunities
Own reporting and analytics
Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
Ensure transparency on ROI and cost-per-acquisition metrics
Ideal Profile
Proven B2B Expertise:
3+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a B2B environment within the North American market.
Proven Success
of launching and scaling affiliate programs
Advanced Affiliate Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing channels, attribution models, and performance metrics (EPC, ROAS).
Data & Analytics Skills:
Proficiency in market-leading affiliate tracking tools.
Performance-Driven Mindset:
Demonstrated success in recruiting, activating, and optimizing top affiliates for maximum ROI.
Negotiation & Communication:
Strong background in managing vendor/partner relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication.
Entrepreneurial Approach:
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
Preferred:
Familiarity with AI sales-related products
Knowledge of affiliate platform Partner Stack
Location
This role is primarily remote and works closely with team members in Arizona and New Zealand. There is a local office in Tempe, AZ where in-person office time would be needed, minimum 2 days per month but more is welcome. Our US employees work for our US-based entity, we prefer and can hire Arizona-based team members quickly. Strong candidates in other states are welcome to apply but will need to go through a review for potential employment location conflicts.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000, DOE
