Regional Director
to lead mechanical construction operations across multiple large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This individual will oversee project execution, team leadership, client relationships, and regional business performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems, with a proven track record of delivering high-value projects and leading cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across all regional operations. Requirements: 10+ years of mechanical construction experience Proven success managing large teams and complex projects Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills Ability to drive operational excellence and support business development This is a high-impact leadership role with a growing mechanical contractor offering long-term career growth and regional influence.
