The client we are working with has a very large and modern general aviation fleet in Palo Alto, California. They support both their own aircraft and the larger aviation community, servicing everything from training aircraft to warbirds. They are an authorized Cessna and Beechcraft Service Center. Experienced Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic (A&P Certified)

Maintain and repair general aviation aircraft from various manufacturers including Cessna, Beechcraft, Cirrus, Diamond, Piper, and American Champion. Perform all work with a commitment to quality and high standards of excellence. Interact regularly with aircraft owners and customers as a senior team member. Ensure proper record keeping in compliance with FAA regulations and industry best practices. Qualifications
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification is REQUIRED; Inspection Authorization is a plus. Familiarity with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations related to aircraft maintenance. Adherence to all safety and industry standards. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to mentor and develop team members' skills. Knowledge of EBIS software is desirable. High School diploma or GED or higher. Ability to perform moderate to heavy aircraft maintenance tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, reaching, and working in outdoor environments and large hangars; tolerate moderate to loud noise levels.
