Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join the team in New York. Focusing on projects in the Government & Public Sector, the successful candidate will work on analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and providing actionable insights to guide client decision-making.
Responsibilities
- As the Senior Data Analyst, you will conduct data quality assessments, identify anomalies, and ensure adherence to data governance standards.
- You will deliver actionable insights and recommendations to shape client strategies.
- Establish and maintain data quality control procedures and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Audit databases to ensure proper and efficient data utilization.
- Suggest process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Advocate for compliance with data governance principles and ethical data practices.
- Analyze relational databases and communicate complex methodologies in an understandable way.
Skillset
- Capability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret security clearance.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in data analytics.
- Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R, with expertise in Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with data privacy and classification tools (e.g., Immuta, Azure IAM).
- Experience in consulting or working on technical projects is a bonus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or identity-related data is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Salary: $105,000 – $195,000 DOE.
