Recruiting Coordinator This role supports the onboarding and offboarding of internal and external personnel within a large utility organization. The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for coordinating HR systems access, documentation, and compliance tracking, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Ideal for a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding logistics: system access, hardware orders, training compliance, and IT coordination
Set up new hires in HR systems and document onboarding status throughout the process
Track timekeeping, training attendance, and compliance for new hires during ramp-up
Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and professionalism
Support offboarding processes, ensuring timely system and equipment deactivation
What we're looking for:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to manage administrative processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases in parallel
