Schedule: Full-time, onsite/hybrid.
- Manage and prioritize daily work schedules while applying quality control standards to ensure the timely completion of printing, mailing, and document production activities.
- Coordinate organization-wide printing, graphics, and bindery services; liaise with internal departments to address and resolve service-related inquiries.
- Operate postage metering machines and mailroom equipment, including handling certified, registered, and overnight mailing processes.
- Perform timely hand-deliveries and pickups of important documents and packages to executives and external partners, such as postal offices, financial institutions, and vendors.
- Distribute office supplies, reproduction materials, and computer equipment; provide light facilities support and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Assist with lease compliance by understanding and navigating landlord-tenant responsibilities; help resolve building management issues when they arise.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues with building reps, vendors, and contractors.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining office/mailing equipment.
- Familiarity with area highways and local geography for timely deliveries.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to handle moderately complex assignments.
- Effective communicator who works well under pressure with clear expectations for deliverables.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in administrative coordination, mailroom operations, or HR/facilities support.
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.
