St. Raphael's, home health care agency — we are a Christian organization committed to compassionate, client-centered care in the comfort of their own homes. We are proud to serve our veterans with low- to no-cost care options, and now we’re growing in La Crosse, Wisconsin! We’re looking for a motivated, faith-driven individual who is ready to help lead and expand our Wisconsin presence. If you have a heart for service, a mind for operations, and a drive to grow, we want to hear from you!
As the office Administrator, you’ll be working in our Lacrosse WI office Monday- Friday. The office Administrator is the central point of communication between clients, families, nurses, and caregivers — often coordinating complex care needs. That means compassion, clarity, and confidence in medical communication are must-haves. (You’ll be talking on the phone, a lot.) You'll also work closely with our established Minnesota office as we build a strong Wisconsin foundation together.
Responsibilities-
Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily office operations, care coordination and excellent service.
Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for veterans and their families; build relationships with local healthcare providers and referral sources.
Care Team Coordination: Collaborate with our Director of Nursing and nurses and caregivers to develop caregiver schedules that meet each client’s unique plan of care.
Staff Recruitment & Retention: Hire, train, and support caregivers who are committed to our values.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operations, care meets or exceeds Wisconsin regulations. (Think state audit.)
