231 Hill Rd Rome, NY Job Id: 2514 # of Openings: 1 231 Hill Road, Rome NY 13441 Starting pay rate: $108,373 to $135,466 actual annual salary will depend on experience Status: Full-Time, exempt Remote Status: Onsite for initial training and then potential for Hybrid schedule after that with a requirement to be on site several days per week. The Position: AmeriCU Credit Union is in search of a AVP, Sales & Service Development who aligns directly with our mission to provide our members with the right financial services to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success, and our vision to be the most admired organization in every community we serve. As an AVP, Sales and Service Development You will be responsible for: Play a crucial role in developing and driving the company's sales strategy and growth. This position is responsible for leading the sales development team (including the regional coaches), developing and executing sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Collaborate with department leadership to establish goals that tie to the credit union strategy and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The AVP will consider the various products, services and delivery channels available and design corresponding goals that will grow the credit union, including organic growth and increased penetration in our geographic footprint. Prepare sales performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Continual review and analyze KPI data and reports, identify patterns and trends and communicate those to the leadership team. Review and maintain the organizational service standards as it relates to our brand and service expectations. What you will do:
As AVP , Sales & Service Development your primary responsibilities will include the following: Lead and manage the sales development team to foster behaviors to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with our internal business partners to help drive growth initiatives. Provide individual coaching, training, and mentorship to sales development team Collaborates with the learning and development leadership and other organizational leaders to create and cultivate a sales and service culture at AmeriCU. Support the sales and service culture by developing and/or leading sales and service training programs as needed. Acts in a coaching role to build, scale and educate our sales and service teams. Reviews CSAT scores and relational NPS Scores to identify areas of recognition and opportunities for improvements. Maintain a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform including the internal processes and business rules. Be a lead contributor in salesforce sales automation processes and system roadmaps. Identify opportunities for organic growth and lead generation, using data science team as needed. Work collaboratively with retail leadership to develops and implements sales goals and incentive plans that tie to KPI and the AmeriCU Strategy Create and track sales contests for the various areas; tracking results and creating a buzz of excitement to meet target goals. Lead the overall growth and success of assigned member-facing products and services. Come grow with us!
