Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located in Katy, TX at American Omni Trading (AOT). The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, manage expense reports, and handle administrative tasks on-site.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and travel arrangements both domestic and international
- Strong communication and administrative assistance abilities
- High level of professionalism and integrity
