at our Shawnee, KS location. Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development and execution of Argenta's CDMO commercial strategy in collaboration with key internal stakeholders across our global sites. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their evolving needs in pharmaceutical sciences, development, and manufacturing. Represent Argenta, promoting our full-service capabilities from molecule to market and identifying collaboration opportunities. Lead the preparation, negotiation, and closure of proposals and contracts that meet both Argenta and client objectives, aligned with revenue targets. Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing Business Unit Leaders to deliver cohesive proposals supporting our integrated service model. Address client concerns or challenges by partnering with internal scientific leaders to deliver solutions and secure new business. About You:
Proven experience in business development within the pharmaceutical, CDMO, or animal health sectors, preferably with experience in commercial manufacturing. Deep knowledge of the global animal health sector, including veterinary regulatory affairs, clinical development, and product development. Extensive network within the animal health industry. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, capable of generating awareness and demand for Argenta's services across diverse client groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and proposal development abilities. Collaborative, professional, and capable of building trust across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and client relationship management skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
