Commercial Director – Training Services (CDS) EMPLOYER:

Build training services offers, including pricing and all other terms and conditions, for all standard offers which can be set up regionally. Contribute to training services sales campaigns and negotiations from early marketing to contract execution and full implementation, in coordination with the Commercial Account Director (CAD) and other internal constituencies. Actively participate in and collaborate on aircraft sales campaigns by bringing expert knowledge and experience of the Airbus Training Services Business Line. Contribute to the achievement of yearly services targets associated with the Airbus Training Service Business Line in terms of sales order intake, market share and customer-specific goals. Conduct training services sales campaigns to a successful end. Participate in the training sales campaigns with customers to a successful end by using all resources (Product Sales Managers, Sales Operations Managers, Marketing Manager, BL experts). LOCATION:
Miami, FL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years in any job title involving experience in aviation training services sales. Prior experience must also include: Experience with commercial aviation including evaluating training customer needs for pilots and mechanics; Experience with direct or indirect sales of aerospace products and services; Working with aerospace training contracts and negotiations; and Working with airline flight operations in order to evaluate appropriate training needs. Up to 70% domestic and international travel is required for business meetings and contract negotiations. Telework permitted up to 2 days per week. SALARY:
