Position Overview As the program analyst you will assist the division manager in leading a group of 60 + ANSER employees and multiple subcontractor staff. In this role you will have responsibility for a broad range of project and contract tasks related to the day-to-day management of division programs, contracts and financials.
This position requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office at our Arlington, VA location. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Invoice reviews and reconciliation Travel authorizations and expense review and approval Drafting project financial performance data for review by the division manager. Monthly report development, reviews, and submissions to the client. Contract modification reviews and contract kick-off reviews. Requisition development and staff interviews. Liaising with project managers supporting the division. Proposal support including all phases of color team reviews and technical writing support. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a STEM field. 5+ years federal and defense contract program or project management experience Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI Demonstrated mastery of excel including pivot tables, graphs and dashboards Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Basic understanding of budgets and business financials. Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels including senior stakeholders, customers and client partners.
