Job Summary:
Seeking a team of 2 for an on-site management position. Be valued team players in a successful family business with over 40 years of experience. Looking for an organized, motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable team member with the opportunity to live and work on-site.
Benefits may include on-site housing, rental bonuses, 401k, contributions towards medical insurance, and PTO. Compensation depends on experience.
At least one team member must live on-site. The team of two should include one person with a complete maintenance background.
Full-time positions for 2, with competitive wages ranging from $20/hr to $30/hr per person depending on skills, and rent for an on-site 1-bedroom apartment.
Responsibilities/Expectations:
Interacting with future and internal team members professionally
Maintaining high customer service and communication standards
Apartment leasing processes
Marketing and advertising
Conducting market surveys and analysis
Screening rental applications and showing units to prospective renters
Managing move-ins and move-outs
Enforcing apartment rules and leases
Performing unit inspections
Weekly property status reports
Answering phones, administrative tasks, and light maintenance duties
Walking the property to ensure everything is in order
Willingness to handle 24/7 emergency situations
Experience and Qualifications:
3-5 years of apartment management experience
Successful sales and closing experience
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and technology
Experience with Appfolio property management software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and team orientation
Motivated to learn and attentive to detail
Basic maintenance knowledge
