Amazon DSP Operations Manager - Minneapolis
Qualifications:
Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
1) Ensure Responsible Delivery - packages are delivered on-time, handled properly and safely
2) Deliver Clear Communication
3) Provide shift flexibility
•Ability to work a flexible shift (including early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends)
•Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs
4) Monitor Fleet Availability
•Track issues and availability of fleet
•Communicate vehicle assignment to drivers

Pay: $24.00 per hour or 10% higher than current provable Amazon Pay

Qualifications:
- Must have Amazon management or dispatch experience: 1 or more years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to work weekends
- Use of mapping and GPS programs
- Ability to provide directions
- Basic computer skills (including Google Docs and Sheets)
Job Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
1) Ensure Responsible Delivery - packages are delivered on-time, handled properly and safely
- Manage opening and /or closing set up/ stand down
- Monitoring of route timeliness
- Ability to re-route vehicles when logistically necessary
- Liaison between drivers, Amazon staff and Delivery management
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Dispatch order to drivers
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information for every delivery
- Manage on the Road accidents and incidents with composure
2) Deliver Clear Communication
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively,
- Ability to track and increase company metrics
- Ability to initiate and enhance protocols
- Must be able to problem solve and deescalate issues
3) Provide shift flexibility
•Ability to work a flexible shift (including early mornings, late evenings and/or weekends)
•Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs
4) Monitor Fleet Availability
•Track issues and availability of fleet
•Communicate vehicle assignment to drivers
Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts
- Day shifts
- Holidays
- On call
- Weekends
- Year round work
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
