This position is responsible for developing organizational development and training solutions pertaining to Media Exchange. The focus of this role is developing training materials and tools supporting retail training initiatives led by a Sr. Manager of Learning and Development. Complete learner, environmental, and task analyses working with clients at all levels (from individual contributors to Directors). Design appropriate learning strategies by identifying learning objectives and developing content to support each objective. Develop training solutions in various formats (self-guided, instructor-led, web-based), and implement change management, marketing, and communication strategies as needed. Design, develop, and implement pilots to test training solutions and revise accordingly. Complete all program deployment activities, including LMS setup, Train-the-Trainer sessions, rollout schedules, facilitator selection, and communication to the audience. Execute program measurement strategies to evaluate training impact. Education:
A minimum of a BA/BS is required. Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design. At least 1 year of experience with Info Mapping (FS Pro). PMP certification is a plus. Multi-unit retail experience is preferred. Ability to understand client businesses and training needs, and to identify creative training solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with all organizational levels, including store teams, field management, internal CSC, individual contributors, Managers, and Directors.
