This individual contributor is primarily responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into software solutions, developing, configuring, or modifying integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions, and facilitating their implementation and maintenance. Essential Responsibilities:
Complete work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge, meeting deadlines, following procedures, supporting projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and communicating progress. Pursue self-development and build effective relationships by sharing resources, responding to feedback, and adapting to change. Leverage DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices to design, develop, and deliver resilient, secure, multi-channel, high-volume, high-transaction, cloud-based solutions. Provide insights and recommendations for technical solutions that meet design and functional needs. Support systems incident troubleshooting and basic to moderate issue resolution. Identify interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures, and functions to support technical solutions. Collaborate with team members, architects, and consultants to convert functional specifications into scalable and maintainable solutions. Translate business requirements into code modules and solutions, guided by senior colleagues. Assist in implementing and supporting business software solutions post-deployment, including programming and configuration. Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software meets specifications. Support integration testing and user acceptance testing, providing triage, attending meetings, fixing issues, and documenting. Design and code component-based applications in various computing environments. Write technical specifications and documentation. Ensure software development aligns with industry best practices, strategies, and architectures. Build partnerships with IT teams and vendors to adhere to architectural standards and design patterns. Participate in software development lifecycle phases according to company methodology and standards. Collaborate with vendors, including offshore teams. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field, with at least three (3) years of software development experience. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree. Additional Requirements: #J-18808-Ljbffr
