Lead and collaborate with cross-functional, full-stack agile teams to deliver software solutions that meet customer needs Design and build hybrid, on-prem, and cloud-based APIs and web applications Participate in and lead the full SDLC including research, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Participate in weekly support rotations, resolving incidents/problems as needed Lead architectural design sessions and review system designs Mentor junior and senior engineers Deliver full-stack solutions to support rapid business growth What you need as the Staff Engineer
BS in Computer Science and 5+ years of software engineering experience, or 10+ years of experience 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development: Web applications, REST APIs, .NET (C#), TypeScript, React, MS SQL Server; proficiency in similar technologies and eagerness to learn our stack 3+ years of team leadership with a proven track record Experience with scalable, highly available system design focusing on performance and resiliency Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD (Jenkins, CircleCI), operational tools (ServiceNow, DataDog) Experience with DevOps practices and coaching others Microsoft Azure and cloud experience is a plus Willingness to put in extra effort to meet deadlines for high-profile projects Seniority level
