CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Architectural Job Captain and an experienced Architectural Intern for a leading multifamily architecture firm in the Dallas, TX area. As an Architectural Job Captain or Intern, you will be responsible for contributing to all phases of multi-family residential projects, coordinating with consultants, and assisting in developing high-quality construction documents. Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in multi-family architecture, be on the path to licensure, and demonstrate the ability to work independently within a team-focused culture. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a technically strong, mentorship-focused firm that promotes from within and offers hands-on project leadership experience. We are also hiring for an Intern with 2 years of experience for the same great firm! Requirements & Responsibilities for the Architectural Job Captain: 2+ years (Intern) or 3+ years (Job Captain) of experience in multi-family architecture Direct involvement in schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal team members to resolve conflicts and deliver well-executed drawing sets Strong aptitude for learning new software; familiarity with CAD and SketchUp is preferred Candidates must show job stability and a growth mindset Compensation for the Architectural Job Captain: Employment type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; avg 40–50 hours/week depending on workload Salary/Pay: Based on experience; salaried plus straight-time overtime pay Location: 100% On-site Dallas, TX 75219 Benefits: Employer-paid health insurance for the employee, healthcare for family at additional cost, 2 weeks PTO after 1 year, 401K plan, growth, and more!
