Lead and implement business development strategies for new clients and strategic pursuits.
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and play a key role in client management and satisfaction.
Mentor and empower junior staff and other team members.
Plan and manage projects and tasks to complete them on time and within budget.
Oversee team and project metrics to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining profitability. Your Capabilities and Credentials
Experience with both private and public sector clients and projects
Established network of relationships in Georgia central North Carolina is a plus, especially the Raleigh-Durham area.
Registered Professional Engineer in NC GA or ability to obtain NC GA licensure within 6 months.
Successful experience in responding to Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposals, and Statements of Qualifications.
Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, team building and communication skills.
Experience managing junior staff, client relationships, and complex projects.
Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Minimum 12 years of experience in Civil Engineering
