Asbestos Deposition Attorney – Asbestos Litigation
A nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law firm, specializing in mesothelioma litigation, is seeking an Asbestos Deposition Attorney to join our team. Responsibilities:
· Travel frequently (at least 1-2 times per week) to meet with clients and take and attend depositions.
· Conduct client and witness interviews to obtain and evaluate information.
· In-depth client work history research.
· Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, ensuring thorough preparation and execution.
· Manage a docket of mesothelioma cases from inception through trial, including discovery and trial preparation.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and engagement.

Qualifications:
· J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the bar.
· Asbestos litigation experience is preferred but not required—a willingness to learn is essential.
· Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Strong case management skills and ability to handle a high-volume docket.
- Experience or in-depth knowledge of trade and labor industries is an asset.
· Flexibility to travel weekly for client and case-related engagements.
