Aspire Senior Living of Platte City is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility grounds.
- Train new team members and ensure ongoing compliance with cleaning protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the facility.
- Manage inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of care and comfort for residents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in long-term care, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
