The Assistant Director, Executive and Professional Education Center (EPEC), is responsible for strategic planning, development, execution, and growth of all executive education programming including but not limited to organizational (custom) clients, open enrollment programs, external partnerships, and intra-university relationships. Key Requirements and Capabilities Include:
Play an integral part in developing and executing EPEC’s vision and strategic direction. Bring a growth mindset to EPEC by seizing cross-marketing opportunities and identifying new ways to leverage existing work. Serve as key client engagement partner for EPEC. Conduct competitor and market research as requested by the Director. Identify process improvements and leverage new and existing technology to drive operational excellence and efficiency. Manage Program planning and implementation for Faculty requirements, Contracts, and Program coordination. Coordinate submissions of all Program materials, presentations, logistical information, and others as needed for EPEC and EPEC Faculty. Assess, develop, and manage Program assessments for EPEC, Faculty, and clients. Assist Director in maintaining Program budget. Oversee Student Workers (as needed) to prepare and deliver Program materials. Engage Hub staff to execute relevant room arrangements, catering, and other operational needs for all Programs. Participate in EPEC and Hub outreach events and needs. Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing Plan for the Center; provide recommendations regarding the marketing strategy for various Programs and contribute to the implementation of the plan. Work with the Marketing Assistant Director for the Hub to manage the marketing channel activity including assessing existing promotional plans, recommending modifications, and implementing web, direct and other marketing communications channels. Bachelor’s Degree and 3 – 5 years of experience in Higher Education or Adult Learning is required. Qualifications
