Manage all aspects of the apparel departments: Apparel flows SET Program execution Maintain Men’s and Kid’s Shoe Departments Fitting Room/SSFR controls scheduling PeopleWorks maintenance Sales/Freight Forecasting Schedule accuracy New Hire On-boarding & Training: Appropriate screening of associates to match labor demand Only assign training for one specific area to create experts Monthly Aisle Program: Work with SRL and Stock Team to ensure 4-ways and features are full and telling a story Seniority level
