Go to next pageMy award winning client, is seeking a Construction Assistant Superintendent to join a Lead Superintendent on a long term healthcare project in Fort Lauderdale. Are you an assistant superintendent who's looking for a mentor? Or potentially a assistant superintendent who's looking to make the step up? This role could be for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction site operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are met.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or a supervisory role on healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
