Developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans for GTM transformation initiatives, tool releases, and process improvements Supporting the release and launch management of GTM / CSM capabilities, ensuring proper coordination across teams Conducting stakeholder analyses and creating targeted communication strategies that address the needs of different internal audiences Creating change readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and feedback mechanisms to measure implementation success Developing change management communications, including presentations, emails, and other materials that drive awareness and engagement Facilitating workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns throughout the change process Designing and delivering training programs that enable successful adoption of new GTM tools, processes, and workflows Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify potential change impacts and develop mitigation strategies Partnering with offshore and onshore teams to ensure consistent change management approaches across geographies Documenting lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve change management methodologies Serving as a player coach, developing team members, managing performance and providing development opportunities Other duties as assigned You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field 8-10 years of experience in change management, preferably within professional services or B2B environment Knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) Experience supporting technology implementations, process transformations, or organizational restructuring Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to create compelling change management deliverables and training materials Proficiency with collaboration tools, project management software, and digital adoption platforms Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights about adoption challenges and opportunities Cultural sensitivity and experience working in global, cross-cultural environments Adaptability and resilience in navigating complex organizational dynamics and changing priorities Can travel as needed The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $144,000 and $216,000 per year. The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA, San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $155,520 and $233,280 per year. The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $165,600 and $248,400 per year. About Us
