Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Laredo, TX. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing executive administrative support, managing phone calls, and offering executive administrative assistance. The role also includes clerical duties, ensuring effective communication within the office, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the firm.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
